Management is a complete joke. Leaves at 2:30-3:00 cause he's board and can " do more productive stuff at home " or " can make more money being at home doing his side mechanic job." Try getting anything important done in a timely manner. Absolutely not. Drags his heels on anything that isn't directly related to his mood or profit. Refuses to buy simple things to help his employees like an actual fridge. We get two mini fridges instead. Barely hold anything. Or even new anti fatigue mats to stand on. " they just wear out " he says. Can't manage people Can't be bothered to help out on the counter. " I've been doing this for 20 years I shouldn't have to put a till in or answer calls.
