Great group of people to work with who are excited about the products and work hard to make the company successful. On-site, free health clinic for employees and families!
Cons
Some managers are spectacularly poor and more likely to replace you than work with you on issues (they prefer managing projects to managing people). These managers see their employees as easily replaceable, with no respect for the level of experience or knowledge needed to perform their jobs. Loyalty and hard work are not necessarily rewarded. Most jobs have a heavy workload.
