1) Great engineering team. Very collaborative and almost zero politics 2) Friendly HR and diverse cultural celebrations 3) Strong trust between leadership and teams. We all deliver with single goal in mind. N... And we delivered!
Cons
1) All the pros above and the hard built culture will be gone with the new CEO Mr H. 2) Less than a month into his job, he has started to tear apart staff moral and started his micro manage cult from Bunq 3) He wanted us to achieve his new northstar, which has been our goal since day 1 from two year ago. Nothing new on his speeches, very typical traditional manager who is immature and thought highly of himself. 4) too much to list... And the list is still growing..
