      As a startup, it's extremely flat in structure. All team members have the freedom to debate, raise their opinion and have an impact no matter what their role is. It's also very flexible hybrid working environment

      Pros

      High ownership and autonomy - we're building as we go. Genuine feedback culture with lots of accountability. Smart, driven team with some of the best colleagues I've worked alongside - the talent bar is high! Impressive and open leadership team. Fast moving company - if you enjoy ambiguity, problem solving and a real opportunity to have impact then Partly is for you.

      No cons - we move ultra fast and expectations are high which is not for everyone.
