      Pros

      Good quality people as co-workers.

      Cons

      Was explicitly and repeatedly told to "blank" a top customers "blank" by Partner Energy management. Felt very humiliated and devalued not only as a employee, but as a person. Was sick to my stomach for days....Management is very good at sales (including to prospective employees), but very poor at leadership. Company is not family friendly.

As we are growing, we have recently hired an HR Manager to develop training for employees and management. Any issues like this should be directed to Human Resources so we can remedy the situation and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
