      - It's nice to work with very cool startups from the US

      Cons

      - Company forces employees to write glassdoor reviews so most of what is in here is very fake - People get fired without notice, creating a feeling of insecurity - Very young leadership with no idea of what they are doing - No learning and development department - they say people own their career paths but in reality, it means they'll promote who they like

      Early access to wages earned.

      Cons

      The company had no problem laying people off without warning. Management constantly micromanaged employees, team leads reported inaccurate metrics, and many had condescending attitudes. There were nonstop policy and process changes, SMEs rarely had the right answers, and leadership lacked organization and support. Overall, management was poor, morale was low, and the pay didn’t come close to matching the workload or expectations.
