      Pros

      Fair pay, work life balance, DEI and ethical practices are built into their mission

      Cons

      Lacking some workflows, and structures. Really had to dig around to find all the resources which are scattered around many different tools (google drive, confluence, Monday, slack, paylocity, and work ramp)

      The company only cares about their numbers. Micromanaging, bad for your mental health, and no growth opportunities.
