      Pros

      PartnerHero has opened many doors for me. The work environment is great and completely remote (if you’re a part of their remote team). I doubt there’s a BPO that offers better benefits and payments than PartnerHero. The work environment is professional and amicable, and I’m glad I had the chance to start my career in a place like PH.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a contra, but if you’re supporting one of their top clients be aware that the workload might sometimes get a bit overwhelming.

      Pros

      Early access to wages earned.

      Cons

      The company had no problem laying people off without warning. Management constantly micromanaged employees, team leads reported inaccurate metrics, and many had condescending attitudes. There were nonstop policy and process changes, SMEs rarely had the right answers, and leadership lacked organization and support. Overall, management was poor, morale was low, and the pay didn’t come close to matching the workload or expectations.
