Cons

While I was there, promotions mostly went to people based on their college degrees rather than their actual soft or technical skills. This was pretty common - people from the 'PartnerHero inner circle' were often promoted to roles like program manager, team lead, or ops director, even though there were plenty of more capable people still working in associate-level roles.

Pros

Early access to wages earned.

Cons

The company had no problem laying people off without warning. Management constantly micromanaged employees, team leads reported inaccurate metrics, and many had condescending attitudes. There were nonstop policy and process changes, SMEs rarely had the right answers, and leadership lacked organization and support. Overall, management was poor, morale was low, and the pay didn’t come close to matching the workload or expectations.
