Pros

PartnerLinQ has two primary teams for the Product Team and the Implementation Team. The Product Team focuses on enhancing the PartnerLinQ product by introducing new UI features, developing cloud functions (e.g., Azure Functions), and working on innovative solutions. The Implementation Team is responsible for client integrations, such as converting EDI to flat files and handling customer-specific requirements. They offer relatively higher salaries compared to other companies, although there are no bonuses or significant incentives.

Cons

Both teams face heavy workloads and are often under significant pressure from upper management. Mistakes are not taken lightly—there's a risk of being fired or subjected to unprofessional behavior. The Implementation Team operates on Eastern Time, which means working through the night in Pakistan. Leave policies are based on U.S. calendars, with no consideration for public holidays in Pakistan. Employees must work under Systems Limited's highly restrictive and rigid environment. For those in the Implementation Team, coding opportunities are limited. Most of the work involves writing Azure Function, with little to no exposure to broader development tasks. eg web API or full stack development They are always open to blame you.

Pros

Friday lunch, relaxed vibe at office

Cons

Cons are too many to list. Most importantly, they have no real strategy, brand name or an advisor to guide them to market penetration. It is a glorified middleware services company with very poor management mostly from south asia without real creativity, plan or coffers to compete with the real players in the industry. Further, they stiff the sales people with a real poor comp plan that would attract no good sales people - in fact have reneged on bonus for which they cannot be trusted to work for. Too much of a revolving door in the sales team. Finally, brand recognition with the channel and the industry is abysmal. The CTO is extremely unprofessional never on time to meetings. It is almost like a small time IT vendor pretending to be a professional company.
