Dear friend, Thank you so much for writing. I'm dismayed that you're not having a wonderful experience with us. But it's unquestionably challenging to work in healthcare during a pandemic. Our goal is to ensure that no employee is at risk. That means following CDC protocols, which sometimes include asking administrators to work remotely. The fewer people in one space the bigger benefit to everyone. But I understand that as a clinical person who needs to work in person and is worried about exposure, those changes could feel unfair. We will all be out of these woods soon. Please hang in there with us. We check CDC updates daily and will bring things back to normal as quickly as is safe. Joey Rick Chief Culture Officer

Pros

Good training, great Management, a real passion for a clearly defined purpose. We make a difference in the lives of our patients every day, and it's measurable. What waits for me here is worth the hour drive from home.

Cons

We don't offer a flex schedule, but the days are pleasant and worth your energy.

Hi, friend, Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm so sorry we seemed removed and unapproachable to you. That's the opposite of how we intend to be. I see you've left us, but if you'd like to send me a note using our standard e-mail address convention, I'd love more feedback about your experience. Thank you for contributing to our great place while you were here. Be well, Joey Rick Chief Culture Officer
