Pros

Extremely light workload and you can entertain yourself throughout the via your smartphone.

Cons

Lower than minimum wage pay rate, managers are low class and do not value their personnel, managers have poor interpersonal skills and business ethics. Business owner has poor ethics. Work shift changes daily and on a whim.

Pros

Being a small company employer is able to give one on one time with employees as needed to help them grow in their positions with the company Company keeps employees updated on the health of the company which makes us all feel more secure in our positions The sense of "Family" between Owner and Staff makes working for PartnerSolve Employer give each employee independence to work with their clients but also is available at all time to help with any issues that may arise

Cons

Employees work all across the country so there are not many opportunities for employees to get together in person

Pros

There are many Pros to working at PartnerSolve but above all else its the family environment it provides. Having a boss and company who care so much about their employees creates a wonderful work atmosphere. The work ethic is 2nd to none and with the diverse backgrounds and expertise it provides excellent learning opportunities.

Cons

Being decentralized can be a negative - when on long client engagements it can create an isolation from your peers within the company.
