      Not much good stuff to be mention

      Cons

      Bad culture. It’s a veeeery old coding style, it’s not the the code base is old but the tech lead refuses to write of let the other write modern code base.

      Pros

      The company is fantastic and does almost everything great. Leadership is amazing to work with, the teams are very helpful and eager to learn new opportunities and micromanagement is held to an absolute minimum. Work life balance is typical of a start up! A lot of effort is needed to be put in but you are well rewarded for it and the leadership highly encourages you to maintain a healthy work life balance as well.
