      Strong values. Family and community focused. Excellent benefits. Supportive supervisors and upper management. Possibility for quick upward growth within the organization (given you put it the effort and quality work).

      Cons

      Policies can be a bit intense. While I understand the purpose and reasoning to put so many policies in place, but sometimes it felt like everyone was punished for the bad behaviors of a few.

      Has great benefits and starting pay. Wonderful Work/Life balance.

      In almost all companies there are workers you don't get along with or those that don't do the work. But that is mainly it. Little growth because people usually stays for a long time, but there is room once positions are open.
