Pros
Obnoxiously optimistic, higher end for experience, uses CDIs often reimbursed mileage and parking, tries really hard to be relevant and promote their favorites.
Cons
The owners have their favorites. The favorites are shown preferential treatment. They recruit interpreting students, put them in their personal homes, fly them to test out-of-pocket, and these young interpreters, who are not in any position to be interpreting IRL make the experienced interpreters do the work. The male owner Paul uses his religion to be a misogynist, and totally inappropriate with pretty, female staff. The female owner Jen M. is weak, allows Paul’s inappropriate behavior, and pays her sister in full for partial work. The schedulers are incompetent and do not know the job at all.
