I've been with Partou through a period of change and growth, and it's been great to see the positive journey the company has been on. It's clear there is a genuine vision for the future, not only for the children and families we support but also for the teams who make it all possible. Over time, I've seen meaningful improvements that show the company is investing in its people, from enhanced employee benefits and increased annual leave to creating more opportunities for development and wellbeing. These changes demonstrate that Partou values its employees and recognises the importance of supporting and retaining great practitioners. No organisation is perfect, but it's encouraging to see a company that listens, continues to evolve, and genuinely cares about making positive changes. No major cons from my experience. Like any growing organisation, change takes time, but I've seen continuous improvements and a genuine commitment to listening to feedback.

My role provides a broad exposure across all functions and has offered me opportunities to lead process improvements, develop people management skills and positively influence team member experience. A rewarding environment with strong learning and growth opportunities.

As with many shared services environments, workloads can be high during peak periods and priorities can shift quickly. However, continued investment in our current systems and process automation has helped improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Ultimately it can be challenging at times, but the experience gained and the support from people leaders and other team members help make these challenges manageable.
