Pros
This is a decent beginner job for people with nothing on their resume. Multi line phone experience transfers well to other fields. And it is a better call center environment than a lot of other companies. You talk to a lot of really cool people on the phone, though.
Cons
The management is hugely unprofessional, plays favorites quite frequently, that's all I'll say about that. No benefits to speak of that aren't required by law/ordinance. They are also 24/7 so you end up giving up holidays or weekends often. Also, raises are so small that I got larger raises from minimum wage going up.
