      Pros

      Relaxed office environment. Modern office decor. Management seem genuinely interested in you and want to help you progress if you have the potential to succeed in the role.

      Cons

      It's hard to get customers to buy the driving lessons because PMF are pricier than other options. So that affects your sales targets. And you'll soon be fired. But the management are nice with you about it.

      Nice office, interesting employee benefits

      Cons

      Poor management, low staffing - push the the right people out and keep the wrong ones in - leadership team all worked together previously in a different company and somehow got all the leadership roles here. Operations director hasn’t got a clue with the changes they bring in.
