Expect to work long hours and no recognition to do so. -Poor management-Managers have little to no experience in KYC and don’t really do anything. Instructions are given for the analysts to lie to the client about their progress to keep managers looking good. -People are here only for a paycheck. Don’t expect a meaningful job.

Lies to clients about processes and cases. Will cheat the systems just to get cases pushed. Make you work overtime and not pay even though promised.
