Started here a few years years ago and it was the best decision. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday for many reasons; the people, work, positive environment, room to grow and many other things. I started as a Process Tech then moved to Operator to Facility Manager to Buyer to Estimator. None of the other companies I’ve worked for in the past have given me so many opportunities. I like that this is still a smaller but rapidly growing company with plans to expand into new markets. Everyone is supportive, the pay is good, the work is different because we use cutting edge tech that does things different from others. Overall, very happy that I chose to be here.

Really none to be honest. Any issue that I’ve encountered have been resolved immediately by management. Good open door policy
