Pros
Waves of different difficulty work load, some weeks have a lot of work to be done, others there isn't work to be done.
Cons
A lot of turnover, most likely due to the poor pay. Unacceptable system for giving hours, if you are full-time and promised 40 hours/week, when the program is on break, it is difficult for them to provide you with hours, leaving employees worried about their paycheck.
