I work at the PathPoint Life Skills center and I love it! It’s a very supportive team and a great place to start your career in the mental health field. You get benefits which is great. The pay is okay. For a non profit it’s not bad and you do get an increase every year. We do also get decent PTO I’d say. I have learned so much working here and am very grateful for my time here. It’s a great stepping stone.
Cons
The pay is really the only con and that there isn’t too much room for growth within the company
Holiday pay, Vacation pay and Sick pay. Good Health insurance.
Cons
No support, no honesty and the management is the worst. Management does not ask you anything they accuse you of anything and don't believe you even if your right. They are raciest and will try to destroy your reputation.
