They also only care about appearing like they're actually making change to be more inclusive, while their actions show who they truly are. They will not pay you what you are worth, nor will they give you any chance at career growth (they'll string you along for as long as you'll let them). The reality is that while the leadership remains the same, this will be a terrible place to work.
