The team gets along with one another. Management is intelligent and helpful, not overbearing. We are growing VERY rapidly. It's fun to be a part of a successful startup with so much room for growth. Best in class technology that is fun to sell. Long list of very well-known customers. Product roadmap is solid and there is a top-notch team of developers. Great location near beach in Santa Monica. Great benefits. Virtually zero employee turnover. No endless company meetings. You actually get to focus on your job.
Cons
The same growing pains that happen with any successful startup. Fast growth creates a certain degree of chaos, and problems/opportunities to deal with. Product roadmap timelines are not always forecasted with perfect accuracy. If you are allergic to dogs, you will sneeze a lot. You have to be a self-starter to work here. Formal training is minimal, but people are very open to answering questions you may have.
