I've had nothing but positive experiences working with this team. Everyone I've encountered is bright, kind, focused and ambitious. They go the extra mile to support their communications program, and have given me the resources I need to be successful.

I haven't experienced any cons to date.

This is by far the best work environment I have ever experienced. Everyone is encouraging and pleasant to work with. The CEO really cares about employees and tries to bring up suggestions that will benefit employee engagement. Managers are flexible and understanding; I don't ever feel being micromanaged. The company offers great benefits, which is very much appreciated!

The normal growing pains of a company creating and growing in a competitive market. However, this is expected, and honestly, I'm sure it is the same with many other places.
