Good environment. People work together. Off-site meeting was good this year (2022). Benefits have improved over my time here and are quite decent for a small company.

Have to work hard. A lot of us pull a lot of hours. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of.

Free food and snacks! Pay is okay. Most people are friendly.

I think it is a good company with alot of potential but the management here really need help. Can't quite figure out who is in charge. Is it the lead techs, VP, director, or the manager. Very confusing. Sooooo many changes that do not make sense and create so much more work. Don't think this would be a long term job for anyone. Lot of people before me. Seems to be quite a few errors that are not caught in the lab. There are days of total chaos and no one seems to be able to figure out what is going on or what needs to be done.
