• Warning: People are treated as expendable • Severe lack of communication and no clear path for career advancement • Ineffective and unfit management • Bullying behavior from management • Lack of professionalism across leadership • Unwilling to pay fairly while continually demanding work outside your job scope • Open-ended promises that are repeatedly broken • Nonexistent company culture—claims to care about employees are not reflected in actions • Company focus is on acquiring businesses, not supporting employees • Overall, a poorly run organization • One of the worst companies I have worked for
