Pros
I have returned to Pathway having left a few years back (to work within one of our sister companies) and I can honestly say it feel like I had never left. Alongside many familiar faces who are still part of the business, there were of course some new faces however I quickly got to know these, and am pleased to now be part of the welcoming committee when we have new team members join us. The business is faced paced, which personally I find I work better with this. The culture is very learner-centric which I adore and there are lots of development opportunities as they like to promote internally where possible. (I have first hand experience of this). I do not regret the choice I made to return.
Cons
Cross-team communication could be smoother, but the leadership team is aware and actively working to improve it, I have already seen some good examples of change on this.
