Pros
Great if you want to use housing first/harm reduction model Great base pay, even for service coordinators ACT team, so you share the caseload Basically 9-5, but sometimes you are out at night (typical cse mgmt gig), and often good to close during inclement weather Use car share instead of your own car
Cons
Culture has changed Management does not listen to employees Continues to build teams, but lacks focus on how to help support current teams Minimal training on day-to day - must be able to jump in right away, which may be hard for most people
