Pros

Great sales leader & team

Cons

Unattainable quota, no ramp up time for new hires, ambulatory product that doesn't fit in inpatient. they expect a fast & transactional sales cycles in inpatient setting that takes 12 months. salary is lower than market commands and you dont get paid commissions until go live which is out of the sales reps control. I lasted only 9 months.

Great people and mission. The need to collect PROs is a no brainer in healthcare, and having software to do that seamlessly is a necessity

Pros

You will get paid your base salary on time. Benefits are largely pretty decent. Most of your coworkers are very nice.

Cons

Leadership here has no ethical boundaries, they will do anything and everything to make sure they achieve their goals. The CRO is an absolute megalomaniac that is on a power trip like I've never seen. If you're not one of "his people", you're out - unless he temporarily needs you. He also doesn't hire non-white people. Ever. Also, management always prefers external hires over internal promotions. They will only promote people in a last resort situation. Also, these people literally did layoffs saying it was for "budgetary reasons" while they're actively recruiting for multiple not-so-necessary roles.
