- Very poor leadership team - Going through financial difficulties - Firing multiple senior managers, that were hired poorly in the first place, what a waste of financial resources & time, and efficiency. - There are still unknowledgeable leadership members in the business in London - Constant miscommunication from the senior team - Extremely toxic environment - Overworked & Underpaid

- Work life balance encouragement. - Phenomenal team members, always have had helpful and impactful teammates that I can rely on. - Transparency from executive leadership for the general employee-body. - HR department provides ample opportunities to bond with teammates outside of work-related projects, as well as meet and interact with people across the company in fun ways.

Cons

- Lack of remote possibility makes housing options a little more difficult.
