Pros
Great compensation. If you lag behind the market and are a top performer, they will reward you quickly and fairly - no stupid red tape, politics, etc.
Also, the projects here are incredibly interesting and leadership makes sure we have the support and resources that we need to succeed. They maintain a high bar for top talent so you never worry about getting forced to work with incompetent dinguses.
The company cares about culture and it shows. If I leave Pattern, I will be leaving the state. This is the best place to work in the Mountain West.
Cons
Work life balance can be challenging. That said, I love the work here so much, that it has also become somewhat of a hobby as well. Is that really a con?
