Pros

Steady work schedules, no sudden changes. I can have a life outside work which I can’t say for my previous employment. Mix of new activities and situations. Each day brings new learning experiences. Minimum downtime, job that keeps me moving. I enjoy building routines with clients and seeing how consistency helps over time. Steady guidance and team support. Makes handling new situations easier.

Cons

Not really a con but you don’t work here for the money.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's wonderful to hear that you've found the schedule stability and work-life balance to be a positive change, and that you've been able to build meaningful relationships with the clients you support. We love hearing that each day brings new opportunities to learn and grow while still providing the consistency that helps our clients succeed. ABA work can be fast-paced, and we're glad that the support from your team and leadership has helped you feel confident navigating new situations along the way.

Pros

The children and their families are the only reason to work here.

Cons

This company is terrible to work. Things got worse after the new owners took over. The supervisors were hard to find whenever someone needed help, so employees were left to deal with problems alone. Nobody knows who was in charge or what was happening. Simple questions rarely got clear answers. Parents were just as confused as the staff. The lack of communication created problems that never should have happened. The schedule is inconsistent which makes plans outside of work impossible. Speaking up only led to gaslighting. Training was awful, there's no clean plan and new employees were expected to learn everything on the fly. Employees were there to fill shifts instead of being supported. The low pay made everything even more frustrating. Employees were expected to do more without getting the support they needed. The owners talked about improving things, but nothing really changed. Morale is lowest as more people left. It was hard to stay motivated in an environment like this. Leaving was the best decision I made for myself. I walked away knowing the owners were never going to fix what was broken.
