Pros

The team at Pave is a group of passionate, driven, collaborative and incredibly smart people. I truly learn something new at work every day, and am continuously impressed with how helpful everyone is. Our leadership team is extremely supportive and is focused on making sure each employee is successful and has the opportunity to learn and grow. The impact we get to see from our work is also very rewarding.

Cons

Just like any fast growing start up, the environment is dynamic and things move quickly. Everyone works hard. We're looking forward to continuing to build our team and continuing to put a focus on work-life balance.

Pros

- colleagues were nice, talented people - product growth - good customer traction

Cons

- lack of company direction and diversity, high turnover in leadership. for the past few years, leadership has been mostly men. we had a VP of engineering for half a year and there was no transparency around why he left. there seems to be a pattern of them promoting from within to fill spots - work life balance is not great. heavy workload on small teams. expectations to work off hours. pay might seem good initially, isnt great after considering amount of hours worked weekly - little to no opportunity for personal growth. had many manager changes. there was a career ladder in place although I never knew where I stood and feedback was limited. people seem to leave after 2/3 years due to this - negative culture. not a company that values feedback. there seems to be one way of doing things and people dont feel comfortable sharing opinions since they arent valued. definitely a "bro culture" - no hr team for over a year. not sure what happened but guessing they did not align with these points - retention issues. sensed low morale from engineering side
