      Politics, poor quality of work - Business Analyst Paxcom Employee Review

      Pros

      Good brands to work with WFH facility (though it becomes biggest issue in certain business head case ) Pros for bootlickers

      Cons

      Strong political personalities working from home calling themselves co-founder/ business head but without talent to run even a tea stall (never answering employee calls, just focused on keeping founder happy) - Such people would never leave this company as no one else would keep them Poor quality of work, mostly copy-paste; No career/ growth path (neither company/ nor employees)

      Pros

      Company is good only if you get into Paymentus project.

      Cons

      Middle management is bad . Also they don't retain even if you are critical resource
