Exceptional people and culture — the biggest asset of the company. The team is genuinely talented, sharp, and a pleasure to work with. Colleagues are highly skilled and motivated, which makes the day-to-day experience enjoyable and intellectually stimulating. There's a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual respect across teams.
Cons
Leadership direction needs more focus and sharper execution. While the overall strategic vision is solid and the management team has good intentions, the company would benefit from greater prioritization and more focused execution. At times, too many initiatives run in parallel, diluting impact and making it harder to move fast on what matters most.
