The teammates I worked with were pleasant and nice to work with. You can work from anywhere (within certain countries in the EU).

Need managers who are more experienced in managing people. Leadership can make you feel guilty and not competent in your job - makes you second guess yourself if you are qualified because of the obstacles they throw at you. Feels impossible to climb the career ladder. Work-life balance is up to you on how you manage your hours etc, but it can be hard to manage with all the topics that are given to you.
