- Innovation - Paypoint are always striving to develop their proposition for customers meaning there is always a new function to learn about. - People - I was extremely fortunate to work in a great team with a great manager who I came to respect enormously. - Home/Work life balance - Excellent balance and great additional support over the Covid period. - Open - I was always encouraged to contribute ideas to the wider business and to raise any concerns so they may be addressed.
Cons
- Progression - during my time at Paypoint, there have been so many changes to the structure and roles available, it became difficult to identify a career path and my role became more of a job to me. - Agility - Sometimes Paypoint can be incredibly agile, other times they are extremely slow to react to market conditions and competitors which can be debilitating.
