      The moment you leave and get back into a normal company honestly Paypoint is really bad company to work for

      Basic pay poor, unacheivable targets micromanagement to the extreme because management can’t manage people. Trust me don’t join this lot they are not a people driven organisation. My Manager was so terrible it’s almost comical worst I’ve ever seen in my whole career. The company has become a revolving door of employees I’m happy for the people that escape the nightmare.
