      Pros

      Progression within the department. Lots of room to grow within my team. I was offered some study options which I didn't take up but I knew they were there if I wanted to go down that route. Friendly teams with lots of support. Lots of social events at the office. Onsite free gym is great and free parking.

      Cons

      Salaries are on the low side and workloads are heavy at times.
