3yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you were able to recognize the payroll system training we continue to compile from our partners and benefit through interactions with our incredibly talented employees.
Our consulting positions are W-2 salaried/exempt. As such, we have the expectation that all eligible work hours will be billable hours to clients which may lead to working on multiple part-time clients. In a study pulled today, showed 7% of our billable staff put in at least one 50 hour week over the last month. For those that did work over 50 hours, they were compensated by our built-in compensation plans that reward after 40 billable hours as we believe in compensating for longer weeks which will occasionally happen during certain projects.
Many find their way to PayTech because they're looking for a smaller more connected environment which do not have the expectation of regular 50+ hour weeks and allows for great focus on fewer clients. Our ability to deliver on that is one of the many reason's people choose to stay at and return to PayTech.
