We appreciate the feedback regarding benefits in Canada, and actually enhanced the benefits package for 2024 shortly after this review was posted (timing unrelated). We hope your perception of the benefits has changed since then.

      Pros

      The flexibility of industry interactions is desirable.

      Cons

      There is little strategic direction from leadership. The goal post always moved therefore the company was always changing focus at the expense of consistency and clear messaging.
