      Cons

      Gerentes tóxicas, sem preparação nenhuma para gestão de pessoas. Vivem de fofocas, intrigas e fofoquinhas. Escravizam e obrigam a fazer horas extras sem fim.

      Pros

      The flexibility of industry interactions is desirable.

      Cons

      There is little strategic direction from leadership. The goal post always moved therefore the company was always changing focus at the expense of consistency and clear messaging.
