      asp.net developer TL is very good

      Cons

      there are no pros as such in this company. The Mumbai office is too small not more then 5-10ppl, only 10 leaves in a year, they say they give onsite opportunities but they don't, no other perks from company, salary hike is not good

      The only pros are work-life balance and job security

      Cons

      There are more cons than pros. Lack of communication throughout departments and management levels. Pay is very low compared to market and minimal growth potential due lack of development tools/opportunities. Values outdated practices vs adapting to evolving workforce.
