Pros

They allow work from home setup. Some employees are good and friendly.

Cons

- there is no product to sell. Most of the things being offered to clients are still not existing. Once clients are onboarded, teams are instructed to do stalling techniques or just promise that product will be ready soon. - management are indulge in unnecessary travels that may not be value adding. - compensation are below market rate for the role, and provide not much benefits. - lack of structure in the organization. Everybody is confused who's task are these and that, sometimes other teams are over-worked while others are just chilling. - lack of structured processes, it changes almost every week. or at the whim of the gods and goddesses within the organization. And any body can be penalized for not following the process (which at the point, everyone is not sure which "process" is correct and should be followed. - lack of accountability within the management team. they will just point fingers to anyone that they would like to assume all the fault. - the lack of structure of the organization and it's processes is set everyone to fail. - I could not see company to grow any time soon because of the things I mentioned above.

Pros

Impactful Work: We're solving real problems for merchants trying to grow in complex, fast-moving markets. The work feels meaningful and high-stakes. Meritocratic Culture: Results matter. High performers are recognised quickly, regardless of tenure or background. Agility + Ambition: Decisions are made fast. There’s very little bureaucracy, which is refreshing. If you’re entrepreneurial, you’ll thrive here. EMI License and Infrastructure: With the recent EMI license and regulated entity now operational, the foundations are set for major international expansion.

Cons

Pace Can Be Relentless: The growth targets are aggressive. It’s not a 9-to-5 role, especially at leadership level. Scaling Challenges: As with any scale-up, some internal processes are still maturing. You need to be comfortable building the plane while flying it. High Expectations: There's little hand-holding — leadership expects initiative, ownership, and delivery at speed.
