But how do you expect to put a company on your resume if you only could survive there for 3 weeks and then claim to have worked there for 6 months to make it look good on Linkedin? We do our best to keep our good people, we motivate them with anything we can and give them the freedom to achieve whatever they think will help us grow at the same time, we also do our best to get rid of the people who don't belong here because of their low quality work, or low quality work ethics. Unfortunately, it is difficult to identify these during the interview process.
