Pros
Good benefits - insurance, childcare vouchers, company parties, etc. I worked in a great team and was lucky to have a wonderful line manager. A lot of in-house training done which is great - it gave me great skills and experience to proceed on to the next job.
Cons
Not too many opportunities to grow and a lot of pressure was put on sales (which from a debt management company is not good as some customers felt bullied by some agents to take on proposals).
