      I took the job with certain expectations - as it turned out the management climate was tense/uncomfortable/unprofessional with a misrepresentation of training.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, get you foot in the door of payroll.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and spiteful. I over heard that they held old employees W2's to try to get them to talk to them. If they quit out of the blue. There is a high turnover. All in one big room and you get micromanaged.
