Pros
Paystack offers a stable, values-driven work environment where colleagues care a lot about the people over the products. Also, the pay is relatively good and there is a sense of collective ownership of the company which makes the employees want to put in their best work.
Cons
No clearly defined career paths (this is slowly being worked on though)
