Pros
The company is employee-centric. Many companies cut off the salaries during pandemics but PcsInfinity doesn't and this is the major reason or I can say major USP of the company. Management is reachable and very cooperative. Salary comes on time.
Cons
I joined this company last year at the time of the pandemic. Hence, it is difficult to say about the cons as while working remotely everything is systematic and well-versed.
